4 ears of corn shucked and cleaned
4 teaspoons butter (or vegan butter)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon Taco Seasoning for Corn on the Cob
1 tablespoon Seasoning Salt for Corn on the Cob
1 tablespoon Ranch Seasoning for Corn on the Cob
2 tablespoons Chimichurri Sauce for Corn on the Cob

Steps:

  • Preheat grill on high and heat for 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, add each ear of corn to a piece of foil. Add desired seasoning (salt and butter, or butter and one of the additional seasonings supplied above) to all 4 ears of corn. Wrap tightly and set aside.
  • Add prepared corn and grill, turning often, until cooked through, about 15 minutes.
  • Move to a plate and let rest for 5 minutes, then carefully (using oven mitts!) remove the foil and serve.

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Stir sugar into water to dissolve; add corn, cover pot, and turn heat off, leaving pot on hot burner.
  • Steep corn in hot water until tender, about 25 minutes.
