1 red pepper, chopped
4 flour tortillas (6 inch), warmed
1 pouch (4 oz.) VELVEETA Cheese Sauce Original

Steps:

  • Microwave eggs and peppers in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 to 2 min. or until set.
  • Spoon onto centers of tortillas; top with VELVEETA Sauce and bacon. Fold in both sides of tortillas, then roll up burrito style.

3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups 2% milk
12 oz Velveeta cheese (chopped into small cubes)
1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
½ tablespoon hot sauce
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground pepper
12 oz. Pasta (if serving with pasta)

Steps:

  • First, prepare a roux by heating a large pot or Dutch oven over medium/high heat. Add butter. When the butter is melted, add flour and whisk until the butter and flour form a crumble or paste.
  • Slowly add milk to the pot, whisking constantly. Continue to whisk the roux over medium/high heat for about 4-6 minutes or until the roux thickens.
  • When the roux is thick, remove from heat and add the Velveeta. Whisk until the Velveeta cheese has melted.
  • Add granulated garlic, hot sauce, and salt and pepper to the cheese sauce. Mix well.
  • Serve the Velveeta cheese sauce with tortilla chips, vegetables, or cooked pasta.

Worcestershire Sauce to taste
Garlic salt to taste
1 package bacon bits
1 lb Velveeta Cheese Product (any flavor desired), cubed
1 can Ro*Tel
8 flour tortillas, warmed

Steps:

  • Cook instant rice with chicken broth according to package directions.
  • Brown ground beef with onions in a skillet and season with Worcestershire Sauce and garlic salt to taste. Add bacon bits to skillet until heat until warmed through.
  • In a large mixing bowl melt Velveeta cubes. Add Ro*Tel, rice and meat mixture to the melted cheese and stir until well blended. Place mixture into tortillas and top with favorite burrito toppings.

1 cup frozen cubed hash brown potatoes
2 tablespoons chopped onion
6 eggs
1/4 cup sour cream

1/2 to 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
4 flour tortillas (10 inches), warmed
Sour cream and chopped tomatoes, optional

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Using a slotted spoon, remove to paper towels; drain, reserving 1 tablespoon drippings.
