GLUTEN-FREE BAKED OATMEAL

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350° F. Lightly spread coconut oil into a 8x8" glass baking dish.
- Melt the coconut oil in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Gently stir together all of the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl, then add the wet ingredients. Stir until combined.
- Spread in the glass baking dish. Bake for 28-30 minutes. The edges should be lightly browned.
- Cut and serve or store in the fridge for later!
GLUTEN-FREE BAKED OATMEAL
Steps:
- Place raisins in a small bowl. Cover with boiling water; let stand for 5 minutes., Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the oats, brown sugar, pie spice and salt. Stir in the milk, apple and butter. Let stand for 5 minutes. Drain raisins; stir into oat mixture., Transfer to an 8-in. square baking dish coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with walnuts. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

- Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9″ x 13″ or 9″ baking pan with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl mix the melted buttery spread and all of the rest of the ingredients together until combined. Spread into the baking pan.
- Bake the 9″ x 13″ baking dish for 30 minutes or if using a 9″ dish bake it for 45 minutes.
- Serve warm.
