You can make this easy gluten free Beef Stew in the Instant Pot, Slow Cooker, or Stove Top. It's delicious, hearty and very easy to make paleo.

Steps:
- In a shallow bowl pour in your rice flour.
- Cut your steak cubes to be bite size. In a large pot heat your oil on medium heat. Or turn the Instant Pot on Saute mode.
- Coat the steak in the rice flour.
- Brown your pieces of steak, then add the onions and garlic.
- Cook up for about 2 minutes.
- Add the broth, potatoes, carrots, corn, bay leaves, paprika, granulated garlic, salt and pepper.
- Slow Cooker- Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- For Stove Top- Bring to a boil and then turn heat down to simmer covered for about 25-30 minutes until carrots and potatoes are tender. Enjoy!
- Instant Pot- Put the IP on Stew mode and allow it to cook.
- To make paleo sub the rice flour for almond flour and leave out the corn. You can add an extra carrot, or any other veggie in its place.

EASY BEEF STEW {GLUTEN-FREE, DAIRY-FREE}
An easy recipe for a gluten-free beef stew can be made in either an Instant Pot, slow-cooker, or on the stovetop. A hearty and savory beef stew with tender beef chunks and your favorite vegetables. It is also dairy-free and can be modified for the Whole 30, Paleo, Auto-Immune Protocol diet.

- Turn on the Instant Pot to the saute function and add the olive oil.
- Add the cubed beef to the Instant Pot and brown the meat on both sides.
- Add the gluten-free Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, and tomato paste to the beef and stir to combine.
- Sprinkle the thyme, sage, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt over the meat and stir to combine.
- Pour the gluten-free beef broth into the pot.
- Add the carrots, celery, and potatoes to the Instant Pot and stir to combine.
- Place the lid on the Instant Pot and turn the vent to sealing.
- Set on meat/stew setting or on manual for 35 minutes.
- Once the timer goes off, release the pressure manually. Carefully remove the top.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and water to make a cornstarch slurry. Stir the cornstarch slurry mixture into the pot.
- Stir in the frozen peas and press the sautee button and cook for another 5-10 minutes or until peas are cooked and sauce is thickened.
- Allow the stew to cool for 5 -10 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
- Store leftovers in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
- Reheat leftovers in the microwave or on the stovetop.

Steps:
- In InstantPot, add Olive Oil & Chopped Onions. Turn InstantPot to 'Sauté' Setting & Sauté until Onions are soft.
- While Onions are Sautéing, Rinse & Cut Carrots & Potatoes.
- Turn Off 'Sauté' Setting & add Remaining Ingredients to InstantPot. Stir all ingredients well.
- Confirm that Lid Gasket is seated correctly in the InstantPot Lid and secure lid in place. Also make sure Venting Knob is pushed back to 'Sealing' so it will seal properly.
- Press the 'Meat / Stew' Setting & That's it! If you don't have that setting on your pressure cooker, then select 40 minutes on High Pressure.
- If time permits, allow the InstantPot to Natural Release - Which takes another 1/2 hour or so. Otherwise, wait 15 minutes before releasing the pressure.
- Remove lid & stir. Then Serve & Enjoy!
- Add all Ingredients to the Crock Pot. Stir ingredients until well mixed.
- Cook on the 'High' Setting for 4 Hours, then Reduce Heat to 'Low' for an additional 2 hours. You can keep it on the 'Warm' Setting until serving.
- Serve & Enjoy!
