INSTANT POT BANG BANG SHRIMP PASTA
Instant Pot Bang Bang Shrimp Pasta is going to become an instant favorite. Tender and juicy shrimp smothered in a creamy and spicy sauce, paired with pasta.

Steps:
- Place Pot on Saute,
- Add garlic, paprika, and olive oil. cook for about 1 minute.
- Break pasta in half and place in the pot.
- Pour 3 cups water over the top.
- Take a piece of foil and place your shrimp on the foil sprinkle with more paprika and 1 tbs lime juice.
- Place on top of your pasta right in the pot.
- Place on manual High pressure for 4 minutes.
- Do a Quick Release.
- While pasta is cooking prepare the sauce by mixing together all ingredients for the sauce.
- Mix together shrimp, pasta, and sauce. Stir and serve. Enjoy!

- Break spaghetti noodles in half and place in a multi-functional pressure cooker (such as Instant Pot®). Add water, garlic, olive oil, and salt. Close and lock the lid. Select high pressure according to manufacturer's instructions; set timer for 6 minutes. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for pressure to build.
- Release pressure carefully using the quick-release method according to manufacturer's instructions, about 5 minutes. Unlock and remove the lid.
- Combine shrimp, mayonnaise, chili sauce, lime juice, and Sriracha® in a bowl; mix until well coated. Pour into the pot and select Saute function. Add chopped green onions and cook until shrimp are pink and green onions are tender, about 7 minutes.

- Break the pasta in half and place in the pot. Add the garlic, oil, and 1 teaspoon salt and water. cover and lock the lid in place. Set the pot to pressure on high for 4 minutes. Once the time is up, turn it off and set to quick release the steam until the valve button drops. Meanwhile, in a bowl mix the mayo chili sauces, lime juice together. Unlock the lid and stir the sauce into the pasta. Set the pot to sauté and add the scallions and shrimp, mix to combine. Cook for 3-4 minutes, tossing until are pink in color. Check for salt and add pepper if desired. Serve warm

- Break the spaghetti in half and place in the instant pot. Add the garlic, oil, 1 teas salt and the water. Cover and lock the lid into place, Set the on high pressure for 4 minutes. Once the time is up, turn the pot off and quick release the steam until the valve drops. Meanwhile mix the mayo sweet chili sauce, lime juice, and sriracha suce together. Unlock the lid and add the mixture to the pasta. Mix well. Put in the shrimp and the scallions, set the pot to sauté, and cook for 2-3 minutes until shrimp is cooked and pink in color. Taste for salt and pepper. Serve warm.
