1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
1/2 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
1 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 eggs

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F. Grease 9-inch pie plate.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese in pie plate. Mix chicken, 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese, the oregano, basil, garlic powder and tomato paste; spoon over Parmesan cheese.
  • Stir Bisquick mix, milk, pepper and eggs until blended. Pour over chicken mixture.
  • Bake 35 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake 5 to 8 minutes or longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes.

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray or grease with shortening.
  • Stir chicken, bell pepper and pizza sauce in pie plate; arrange evenly. Sprinkle with cheese. Stir remaining ingredients in small bowl with fork or wire whisk until blended. Pour into pie plate.
  • Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

1 (16 ounce) bottle Italian-style salad dressing

Steps:

  • To Marinate: Pour salad dressing into a large, resealable plastic bag. Add chicken breasts, seal bag and shake to coat. Place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight (the longer you marinate, the more taste the chicken will absorb).
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Remove chicken from bag, discarding remaining marinade. Place chicken in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish and bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear. Note: Turn chicken occasionally while baking.

3 tablespoons butter, softened
Hot cooked brussels sprouts, optional

Steps:

  • In a shallow bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, oregano, parsley, garlic salt and pepper. Dip chicken breasts in melted butter, then coat with Parmesan mixture. Place in a greased 9-in. square baking dish. Drizzle with any remaining butter. Bake, uncovered, at 425° for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken juices run clear. Serve with brussels sprouts if desired.
