These Easy Low Carb Brownies are ultra moist, dense & chewy, and perfectly chocolatey! Only 4 grams of carbs each!

- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and prepare an 8-inch by 8-inch square pan by greasing it and lining the bottom and 2 sides with parchment paper.
- To a large bowl add the melted butter, Stevia brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Whisk them together until the mixture is smooth and all the ingredients are well combined.
- Place a fine mesh sieve over the bowl with the wet ingredients and add the almond flour to it, along with the cocoa powder, espresso powder, and salt.
- Push the dry ingredients through the sieve with a spoon. This will leave any large chunks behind (discard these).
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients with a silicone spatula or wooden spoon until well mixed and no streaks of flour remain.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it out into the corners of the pan, smoothing out the top.
- Bake for about 16-18 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Let the brownies cool completely in their pan before slicing and enjoying.

- Preheat the oven to 350°F/175°C. Lightly grease an 8x8 baking dish, or line it with parchment or foil and spray lightly with cooking spray.
- In a small microwave-safe bowl, add the butter and unsweetened chocolate pieces. Melt in the microwave at 50% power for about 30 seconds, stir, then continue to cook and stir until all chocolate is melted and smooth.
- In a large bowl, add the almond butter, erythritol, cocoa powders, peanut powder, baking soda, salt, eggs, egg yolk, water, vanilla, and the melted chocolate mixture. Use an electric hand mixer to mix until ingredients are well combined. Batter will be thick and fudgy.
- Dump batter into prepared baking dish. Spread and flatten into an even layer.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until edges are set and beginning to crack and a toothpick inserted into center comes out with a thin layer of batter (see photo in blog post). Start checking at about 15 minutes of cooking time. Brownies will be dry (and not fudgy) if they are over baked.
- Let cool in the pan for about 15 minutes, then cut into 16 squares and serve. These brownies are best served fresh on the day they are baked.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease an 8-inch square pan with coconut oil.
- Whisk cocoa powder and baking soda together in a bowl. Add 1/3 cup coconut oil and boiling water; mix until well blended. Add remaining 1/3 cup coconut oil, stevia, and eggs; blend well. Fold almond flour, vanilla extract, and salt into the batter.
- Pour batter into the greased pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until top is dry and edges have started to pull away from the sides of the pan, 30 to 40 minutes. Let cool before cutting into 12 squares.
