SAUSAGE AND EGG PIZZA

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375°. Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles; arrange in a single layer on a greased 12-in. pizza pan. Press onto pan to form a crust and seal seams; pinch edge to form a rim. Bake 8 minutes., Meanwhile, in a large skillet coated with cooking spray, cook sausage and mushrooms over medium heat 4-6 minutes or until sausage is no longer pink and mushrooms are tender, breaking up sausage into crumbles. Drain and remove sausage mixture. Add hash browns, garlic salt and pepper to the same skillet; cook and stir until browned., Sprinkle sausage mixture over prepared crust; layer with potatoes, green onions, red pepper and cheese. Carefully pour egg substitute over top. Bake 10-12 minutes or until egg is set and cheese is melted.

- In a large bowl, mix milk powder, sugar, yeast, salt and 2 cups flour. In a small saucepan, heat water and oil to 120°-130°. Add to dry ingredients; beat on medium speed 2 minutes. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough (dough will be sticky)., Turn dough onto a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 6-8 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease the top. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 45 minutes. Grease three 9-in. round baking pans., Punch down dough. Turn onto a lightly floured surface; divide into thirds. Press dough to fit bottom and 1 in. up sides of pans. Cover with kitchen towels; let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 30 minutes., Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat 8-10 minutes or until no longer pink, breaking into crumbles; drain. In a small bowl, combine oil, garlic, herbs, salt and pepper., Preheat oven to 450°. Using fingertips, press several dimples into dough. Brush tops with oil mixture. Spread with pizza sauce; top with sausage, onion, mushrooms and cheese. Bake 15-20 minutes or until crusts are golden brown.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Cook and stir sausage in a hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Separate crescent roll dough into 8 triangles. Arrange triangles on an ungreased 12-inch pie pan with points turned toward the center. Press over the bottom and up the sides to form a crust, sealing perforations completely.
- Spoon sausage over the crust. Sprinkle hash browns on top. Cover with Cheddar cheese.
- Beat eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Pour over the filling. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven until eggs are set and cheese is melted, 25 to 30 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 375°. In large skillet, cook sausage over medium to high heat, stirring frequently until no longer pink.
- Separate crescent rolls into eight triangles. Place in ungreased 12-inch rimmed pizza pan with points towards the center. Press together, seal perforations and form a circle 1-inch larger in diameter than pan bottom. Turn edges under to make a slight rim.
- Sprinkle cooked sausage over crust. Top with potato cubes. Add red and yellow peppers, and tomatoes if desired. Sprinkle with Monterey Jack cheese. Stir beaten eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in small bowl; pour evenly over pizza. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and cilantro.
- Bake 20 minutes or until eggs are set and crust is golden.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Place pizza crusts on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Remove from oven and leave oven on.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir sausage until browned, 5 to 7 minutes. Remove sausage with a slotted spoon; drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
- Reduce heat of skillet to medium-low. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in the skillet. Add flour; stir until dissolved to make a roux, about 1 minute. Add half-and-half; stir to remove browned bits from bottom of the skillet. Cook and stir until thick, about 2 minutes. Season gravy with pepper, salt, and onion powder.
- Return the drained sausage to the skillet; stir to coat with the gravy. Remove from heat; divide sausage gravy evenly over the pizza crusts.
- Melt the remaining butter in a small nonstick saucepan over low heat. Pour in eggs; cook and stir until scrambled, 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat; divide scrambled eggs evenly over the pizzas. Top with Swiss cheese and Cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the hot oven until cheese is melted, 3 to 4 minutes.
