Filete De Cerdo Al Chipotle Con Salsa De Naranja Recipes
FILETE DE CERDO AL CHIPOTLE CON SALSA DE NARANJA
Steps:
- Mezcla el aderezo, el chile chipotle hecho puré y el azúcar. Guarda 1/4 de taza de esta mezcla; refrigérala hasta el momento de usar. Vierte el resto de la mezcla de aderezo sobre la carne en un recipiente llano. Refrigera durante varias horas o toda la noche para marinar.
- Precalienta el horno a 425°F. Saca la carne de la marinada y luego deshazte de la marinada. Coloca la carne en un recipiente llano para hornear.
- Hornea durante 25 minutos o hasta que un termómetro de carne insertado en el centro de la carne registre 160°F. Cepilla la carne con el 1/4 de taza de la mezcla reservada, después de 15 minutos. Entretanto, combina los ingredientes restantes. Corta en tajadas de media pulgada de grosor. Sirve con la salsa de naranja.

FAJITAS DE CERDO ASADO A LA NARANJA CON CHIPOTLE
Steps:
- Calienta la parrilla a fuego medio.
- Mezcla el aderezo, la mermelada y los pimientos.
- Asa la carne y los vegetales por 15 min. o hasta que la carne esté cocida (135ºF), volteándola de vez en cuando y barnizándola generosamente con la mezcla de aderezo durante los últimos 3 min. Retira la carne y los vegetales de la parrilla; deja reposar la carne 5 min. Mientras tanto, corta los pimientos en tiritas y la cebolla, en cuñas más finas.
- Corta la carne en tiras finas; mézclalas con los vegetales. Pon la mezcla en las tortillas; corónala con el queso. Enróllalas.
