Steps:
- Place 1 cup soda in a large bowl. Sprinkle gelatin evenly over soda, and let stand to soften, about 5 minutes.
- Place 2 cups soda in a small saucepan over medium heat. Heat until just before a boil. Add the softened gelatin, stirring to dissolve the gelatin completely over the heat, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add the remaining soda and food coloring, and stir to combine. Pour the liquid into the fish bowl. Using a damp paper towel, carefully remove any bubbles that have formed on the surface. Transfer to the refrigerator to chill overnight.
- When ready to serve, use a sharp knife to make vertical slits in the gelatin; insert the fish in a random pattern to make it look as though they are swimming in the bowl. Keep refrigerated until serving. Serve within 6 hours.

Steps:
- Bring the soda, blue drink and sugar to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Remove from the heat and slowly whisk in the gelatin, whisking continuously until dissolved. Pour the gelatin mixture into a medium bowl and refrigerate until it just begins to thicken (it should be thick, but still liquid and pourable), about 1 hour.
- Slice the pound cake into eight 1/4-inch-thick slices. Remove the push parts of eight 7 1/4-inch-tall pushable pop molds from the tubes. Push the circle side of each mold into the cake slices to make a circle that fits snugly in the mold. Return the push part to each tube. Spoon 1 tablespoon of the tiny crunchy candy into each mold.
- To make the seaweed, fold each licorice piece in half and then twist the folded part so that the 2 ends are sticking up and resemble aquarium seaweed.
- Reserve 1/2 cup of the gelatin mixture in a small microwave-safe bowl. Using the remaining mixture, fill each mold halfway (about 1 1/2 tablespoons). Press a piece of licorice seaweed into each mold. Press in 2 fish per mold. Fill each mold the rest of the way with the gelatin mixture (about 1 1/2 tablespoons), leaving about 1/4 inch at the top; tap to remove any air bubbles. Microwave the reserved gelatin mixture until liquid, about 30 seconds. Spoon 1 teaspoon into each mold and refrigerate until completely set, about 3 hours.

Steps:
- Mix gelatin according to package directions, substituting curacao for water in the ratio that you wish.
- Place the jelly beans in the bowl.
- When gelatin is cool, BUT NOT SET, pour it slowly into the Fish bowl.
- Be careful not to move the candies around, because the coloring may run.
- Allow to cool for just a little while (you dont want stiff gelatin when trying to place fish and foliage in bowl).
- When gelatin is just starting to set (ie: its not watery... set just enough to hold something in place) add your"foliage" and fishies, placing them where you want them with strands of spaghetti (helpful when moving things around.. so your gelatin isnt destroyed hehe).
- Refrigerate your fish bowl until you wish to serve it.
- We had a few of these at a beach party and people loved them!
- You can also make this with colored gelatin, minus the curacao for kids.
- Without the alcohol-- it is a HIT with the kids be careful though.
- they like to"dive" in to get the candy hahaha!

Steps:
- To make the stock, place all the ingredients for the stock except the carrot slices in a two-quart souffle dish. Cover tightly with microwave plastic wrap. Cook at 100 percent power in a high-power oven for 30 minutes. Prick plastic.
- Remove from oven. Uncover and strain. Pour half of the stock back into dish. Set remaining broth aside. Add sliced carrots to the cooking dish. Cook, covered, for 10 minutes. Prick plastic to release steam.
- Remove from oven and uncover. Set aside.
- To make the fish mixture, place the fillets and onion in a food processor. Process until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients except gelatin and horseradish and process just until combined. Refrigerate until cold. With damp hands, shape mixture into eight plump ovals, about 1/4 cup each.
- Arrange the ovals in spoke fashion around the edge of a 14-by-11-by-2-inch oval dish. Remove carrots from broth with a slotted spoon and place in center of dish. Pour broth from the dish over all. Cover tightly with microwave plastic wrap, leaving a small vent in one corner. Cook for 10 minutes. Prick plastic.
- Place a small plate in the freezer (to use later to test gel of stock).
- Remove fish from oven. Uncover, and turn each piece over. Let fish cool in the broth for 30 minutes.
- Test the jelly by pouring a spoonful of broth onto the cold plate. Place the plate in the freezer for 1 minute. Broth should be firm. If it is not, place the reserved broth in a bowl and sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon gelatin on top. Let stand for 2 minutes. Stir well and repeat test with chilled plate. If broth is still not firm, add another 1/2 teaspoon gelatin and repeat test.
- Place gefilte fish in the smallest deep container that can hold it in one layer. Cover with all of the broth. Chill fish and broth at least 24 hours.
- Serve gefilte fish chilled, with some of the jelled broth and carrots. Pass horseradish in a separate bowl.

- Basically, make the gelatin or Jello according to the package instructions. Just use Vodka wherever water is called for. You could also sub in half flat lemon-lime soda and half vodka if you do not want this ocean to "rock your world".
- One done, add to your fishbowl, and chill for one hour before adding the marshmallows. They will float.
- After the jello is almost fully set, 4-6 hours, add your red fish. A sharp knife and BBQ skewer with help you to adjust your fish..don't eat too many.
