1 pound prepared pizza dough, at room temperature
All-purpose flour, for dusting
4 slices bacon, chopped
1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, grated
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 4 ounces)
1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese (about 4 ounces)
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Put a pizza stone or inverted baking sheet on the lowest oven rack and preheat to 475 degrees F for at least 15 minutes. Meanwhile, roll out the dough into a 9-inch round on a lightly floured surface. Lightly dust a pizza peel or another inverted baking sheet with flour; lay the round of dough on top and set aside. Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring, until crisp, about 6 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Combine the tomato sauce, olive oil, garlic and oregano in a medium bowl; season with salt and pepper. Slide the dough directly onto the hot stone or baking sheet and bake until lightly golden and puffy, about 7 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly, then carefully slice the crust in half horizontally with a serrated knife to make 2 thin crusts. Turn the crusts cut-side up. Spread with the sauce mixture, then top evenly with the mozzarella, cheddar and bacon. Slide the pizzas back onto the hot stone or baking sheet; bake until the cheese melts and the crust is golden, about 8 more minutes. Sprinkle with the parmesan.

12 oz. elbow macaroni, uncooked
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked and crumbled, divided
4 Tbsp. butter, divided
2 Tbsp. flour
1 cup milk
1 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup half-and-half
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 oz. PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese
2 oz. KRAFT Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
2 oz. KRAFT Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
3 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
season to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350. Cook the macaroni according to the package directions; omitting salt. Drain and set aside.
  • While the pasta is cooking, melt 3 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Whisk in the flour, and cook 2-3 minutes, or until slightly golden and bubbly.
  • Slowly add the milk, followed by the half and half, whisking constantly to prevent lumps. Let the mixture bubble and thicken, then slowly add the chicken broth while continuing to whisk. Let cook 3-5 minutes, until thickened. Stir in the pepper, and cream cheese, and cook until the cream cheese has melted.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the cheddar, colby jack, mozzarella, and 2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese. Whisk until the cheese has melted. Stir the cooked pasta into the cheese sauce, then add the crumbled bacon, reserving about two tablespoons. Spoon the pasta mixture into an 8 x 8 baking dish.
  • Melt the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter in a small bowl, and whisk together the melted butter, bread crumbs, and remaining 1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese. Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture over the pasta, and top with the remaining bacon pieces.
  • Bake 15 minutes, or until the bread crumbs are toasted and the cheese sauce is bubbly. Serve hot.

1 lb bacon
1-1/2 Tbsp bacon fat (reserved from bacon)
2 Tbsp flour
3/4 cup milk
4 cups shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese, divided
1/4 tsp ground mustard
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 cup dry elbow macaroni, cooked
1 lb pizza dough

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Lay out the bacon slices in a single layer on a baking sheet. Cook the bacon until crisp, but still slightly underdone. Remove the bacon from the baking sheet and drain it on a paper towel-lined plate. Reserve the bacon fat for later use. Increase the oven temperature to 450°F. Set aside 6 whole slices of bacon and chop the remaining bacon. Add the flour and 1-1/2 Tbsp of bacon fat to a medium-size saucepan. Cook, while stirring, on medium heat for 30 seconds. Add the milk and bring to a simmer, stirring constantly. When the sauce begins to simmer, remove the pan from the heat and add 2 cups of the shredded cheese, mustard, salt, and pepper. Stir until all of the cheese has melted, returning the pan to the heat, if needed. Add the chopped bacon and the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir to combine. Set aside. Spray a 12" pizza pan with cooking spray. Spread the pizza dough out on the pan so there is about an 1-1/2" hanging over the diameter. Cut the whole slices of bacon in half widthwise and lay it out creating a circle about 1" from the edge of the crust. Stuff the bacon into the crust by folding the dough over the bacon creating a 1/2" raised edge. Pinch the dough to seal the edge on the inside. Brush the crust with the reserved bacon fat. Spread 1 cup of cheese over the pizza. Spread the bacon mac and cheese near the edge of the dough. Top with the remaining cheese. Bake for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, remove the pizza from the pan with a large spatula and put the pie directly on the oven rack. Bake for an additional 10 minutes. Slide the pizza back onto the pan and remove it from oven. Let the pizza cool for at least 5 minutes before slicing.

¼ cup olive oil, divided, plus 3 1/2 tablespoons
2 teaspoons kosher salt, divided
2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper, divided
1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 boneless, skinless chicken thigh
½ teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
3 strips hickory smoked thick cut bacon
1 lb pizza dough
⅓ cup pizza sauce
1 ¼ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
⅓ cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Steps:

  • Preheat the grill to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the garlic heads on a small sheet of aluminum foil. Drizzle 1½ tablespoons of olive oil over the garlic and season with ½ teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon pepper, then wrap tightly. Place the garlic on one side of the grill, close the lid, and roast for 35-40 minutes, until the cloves are tender and golden brown. Remove from the grill and let cool for 10 minutes, then unwrap the foil and squeeze the garlic cloves out of the skins.
  • Meanwhile, season the chicken breast and thigh with the remaining 1½ teaspoons of salt, remaining 1½ teaspoons black pepper, the paprika, Italian seasoning, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.   • Heat a small cast-iron skillet on the sizzle zone over medium-high heat. Add the bacon to the pan and cook, flipping occasionally, for 6-8 minutes, until very crispy and cooked through. Remove the bacon from the pan and roughly chop.
  • Roll out the pizza dough to your desired shape, about ½ inch thick. Brush the remaining ¼ cup of olive oil over both sides of the dough, then place directly on the grill grates (or use a pizza stone if preferred). Close the lid and cook for 5-6 minutes, or until the bottom is lightly browned.
  • Flip the dough over and top with the pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, chopped chicken, chopped bacon, and roasted garlic cloves. Close the lid and cook for another 5-6 minutes, or until the bottom of the dough is cooked through and the cheese has melted.

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Use the oil to lightly grease the cups of two 12-cup muffin tins.
