The Original Fantasy Fudge image

This recipe used to be found on the back of a well known brand of marshmallow cream. Many were surprised when it was changed. This is the original! You may find that most packages of chocolate chips are 10 ounces now; 12 ounces of chocolate chips is roughly 2 cups.

3 cups white sugar
¾ cup margarine
⅔ cup evaporated milk
1 (12 ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips
1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Grease a 9x13-inch pan.
  • Mix sugar, margarine, and evaporated milk in a large, heavy saucepan over medium heat, stirring to dissolve sugar. Bring mixture to a full boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted and thoroughly combined. Beat in marshmallow creme, walnuts, and vanilla extract. Transfer fudge to the prepared pan and let cool before cutting into squares.

1 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
2 tablespoons peanut flour
1 cup marshmallow cream
1 cup natural style creamy peanut butter

Steps:

  • In a large glass bowl - microwave the butter until melted. (30-40 seconds).
  • Mix the powdered sugar and peanut flour with the melted butter.
  • Add the marshmallow fluff and peanut butter.
  • Microwave for about 90 seconds, stopping to stir every 30 seconds.
  • Once the peanut butter mixture is fully blended and smooth, transfer to a foil lined and greased loaf pan.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

  • Microwave for about 90 seconds, stopping to stir every 30 seconds.
  • Spread cooked mixture into the loaf pan, smoothing the top.
  • Cover the surface directly with plastic and refrigerate for 1-2 hours before cutting.

12 ounces white chocolate chips (1 package (10-12 ounces))
¼ cup peanut butter
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup Rice Krispies Cereal
1 cup salted peanuts

Steps:

  • Line a baking sheet with wax paper and set aside.
  • In a large microwaveable-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips (cook for 45 seconds, stir, then microwave again for 30 seconds and stir again. Repeat until melted chips are smooth).
  • Then add in the peanut butter to the white melted chocolate and stir until creamy.
  • Fold in marshmallows, Rice Krispies cereal, and peanuts and mix until they are all coated with peanut butter.
  • Drop heaping tablespoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet. Let cool for 20 minutes or until set up.

  • Add the sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter chips to the top bowl. Heat until the peanut butter chips are melted, stirring every minute or so.
  • While the peanut butter chips are melting, melt the butter in another large pot. Add 1 bag of marshmallows and stir until they start to melt. Remove them from the heat.
