A creamier version of the usual tangy French salad dressing. Delicious on lettuce greens or try it as a dipping sauce for French fries or other fried foods.

- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until well mixed. Use the salad dressing immediately or place in a covered container and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Mix well before using as the oil may separate.

There seems to be a general consensus that as it is it is bland but can be the basis for many different varities using different herbs and spices, examples given have been chives, basil or oregano.
