10 ounces condensed cream of mushroom soup
5 ounces milk (about ½ soup can)
4 ounces can diced green chilies
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Nonstick cooking spray

Steps:

  • Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place frozen burritos in the baking dish.
  • Combine soup, milk, and green chilies, mix well and then pour over the burritos. Top with cheese.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 375°F for 35-40 minutes or until heated though and cheese is melted.

10 frozen burritos (your favorite flavor)
1 bottle (8 ounce size) taco sauce
1 jar (16 ounce size) salsa (hot, medium, or mild)
shredded cheese (Cheddar, Mexican blend, etc)

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees (or the temperature listed on the package of burritos). Grease a 9x13 baking dish. Place the frozen burritos seam-side down in the baking dish. Evenly spread the taco sauce and salsa over the burritos. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes. Top with the shredded cheese and return to the oven to melt the cheese (about 5 more minutes). Serve hot.

1 package taco seasoning mix
¼ cup water
1 (28 ounce) can mild enchilada sauce
1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
1 (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
8 tortillas, cut into 2-inch strips
2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard grease. Add taco seasoning and water; cook and stir until meat is coated, about 5 minutes more. Add enchilada sauce, refried beans, and corn; stir to combine.
  • Place a layer of tortilla strips in the bottom of a baking dish. Top with a layer of meat mixture, more tortilla strips, and Mexican cheese; repeat layers as necessary. End with a layer of Mexican cheese.

1 lb ground beef or 1 lb ground turkey
1/2 medium yellow onion, chopped
1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning
6 large flour tortillas
1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
2 -3 cups shredded taco cheese or 2 -3 cups cheddar cheese
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
4 ounces sour cream
jarred hot sauce, if desired to spice it up

Steps:

  • Brown ground meat/turkey & onion; drain.
  • Add taco seasoning and stir in refried beans.
  • Mix soup and sour cream in a separate bowl.
  • Spread 1/2 sour cream mixture in the bottom of a casserole dish.
  • Tear up 3 tortillas and spread over sour cream mixture.
  • Put 1/2 the meat bean mixture over that.
  • Add a layer of cheese.
  • You could put some hot sauce on this now.
  • Repeat the layers.
  • Sprinkle cheese over the top and bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 20-30 minutes.

6 frozen bean and cheese burritos
1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
½ cup sour cream
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chile peppers, drained
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 avocados - peeled, pitted and sliced
1 (2.25 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained
½ cup salsa

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Place the burritos in a row across the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. In a medium bowl, stir together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream and chile peppers. Spread evenly over the top of the burritos. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.

8 frozen burritos, unwrapped
2 10-ounce cans red enchilada sauce
2 cups shredded Mexican cheese
sour cream
salsa
cilantro, optional

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Arrange burritos in a 9x13" baking dish, 6 in a row, and 2 turned sideways next to the row to fill out the dish. Top with enchilada sauce.
  • Place in the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes. Add cheese and continue baking until the cheese is melted (about 5 more minutes).

1-1/4 pounds lean ground beef (90% lean)
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1-1/4 cups salsa
2 tablespoons reduced-sodium taco seasoning
2 cans (15 ounces each) pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup water
2 cups shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
12 flour tortillas (8 inches), warmed

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink, 5-7 minutes, crumbling meat; drain. Stir in salsa and taco seasoning. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a large bowl; set aside., In a food processor, combine pinto beans and water. Cover and process until almost smooth. Add to beef mixture. Stir in cheese. , Spoon 1/2 cup beef mixture down the center of each tortilla. Fold ends and sides over filling; roll up. Wrap each burrito in waxed paper and foil. Freeze for up to 1 month., To use frozen burritos: Remove foil and waxed paper. Place 1 burrito on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave on high for 2-1/2 to 2-3/4 minutes or until a thermometer reads 165°, turning burrito over once. Let stand for 20 seconds.

SAUCE
3/4 cup(s) water
1 small onion (minced)
1/2 cup(s) each: red and green bell pepper (minced)
1 large can cheap spaghetti sauce
2 teaspoon(s) chili powder
1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon(s) ground cumin
MAIN INGREDIENTS
8 -12 - frozen burritos
- oil deep enough for frying
TOPPING
1 package(s) (8 or 12 ounces) favorite shredded cheese(s)
EXTRAS
- minced onion
- shredded cheese
- jalapeno peppers
- salsa
- sour cream
- tomato (diced)
- lettuce (shredded)

Steps:

  • Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Put water in a saucepan, add the onion and peppers. Boil until cooked well. Add the spices and the spaghetti sauce. Simmer 5 minutes to blend flavors. Set aside.
  • Spray a baking pan (9x13) with cooking spray. Put just enough sauce to barely cover the bottom of the pan. Set aside.
  • Heat your oil for frying. Fry two or three at a time of the frozen burritos. Place them on a paper towel lined dish to cool. When all are done, cut the burritos across in 1/2 inch rounds. When one is done being cut, set the pieces in the pan in a row, push pieces together, separate each piece from each other just slightly (This allows the sauce to get between each piece). Fill the pan (pan should be full and spaces between each piece, but if you need to push them together a bit tighter to fit them all in, or looser to fill the pan... that is ok).
  • Pour the remaining sauce over the cut burritos in the pan.
  • Top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake for 35 minutes until golden and bubbly. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving. Top with the extras if desired.
  • Serve and enjoy! Play With Your Food! xo
