2 packages (16 ounces each) frozen unsweetened mixed fruit
1-1/2 cups vanilla yogurt
1 medium ripe banana, cut into 1/4-inch slices and frozen
2 tablespoons sugar

Steps:

Place contents of one frozen mixed fruit package in a microwave-safe dish. Microwave, uncovered, at 50% power for 1 minute. Repeat with remaining mixed fruit., In a blender, place half of the fruit, yogurt, banana and sugar; cover and process until smooth (mixture will be thick). Transfer to serving dishes. Repeat. Serve immediately or freeze for up to 4 hours.

Everyone will want to save room for this fun make-ahead dessert that uses convenient canned fruit and pie filling. I like to garnish each dish with a peach half, kiwi slices and whipped topping.

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 jar (6 ounces) peach baby food
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 can (21 ounces) peach pie filling
1 can (15 ounces) fruit cocktail, drained
1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
1/4 cup crushed pineapple
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in the baby food, ginger and nutmeg. Stir in the pie filling, fruit cocktail, oranges and pineapple. Fold in whipped topping, marshmallows and nuts. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

(No copyright)(They serve it in the foil liners/cupcake foils.)It's located in downtown Tuscumbia, in the park near the waterfall. If you go, be early as it is crowded later and you might miss something.

1 (21 ounce) can strawberry pie filling
1 (16 ounce) carton Cool Whip
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (14 ounce) can condensed milk
1 cup pecans, broken

Steps:

Mix together all ingredients.
Spoon mixture into foil liners, in muffin pans, before freezing.
Remove from freezer shortly before serving time to thaw slightly.
Serve while still frozen.

2 tablespoons coffee liqueur (recommended: Kahlua)
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 pint vanilla ice cream
3 cups mixed berries or chopped seasonal fruit
Vanilla cookies (recommended: Marias) for garnish, optional

Steps:

Mix the coffee liqueur and condensed milk in a small bowl. Set aside.
Put 2 to 3 scoops of ice cream in each parfait glass. Scatter the berries or fruit evenly over the ice cream and drizzle with the coffee liqueur mixture. Garnish with a vanilla cookie, if desired, and serve immediately.

1/4 sugar
1/4 cup melted butter or 1/2 cup margarine
1 package miniature marshmallow
1 (28 ounce) can fruit cocktail, drained
1 (16 ounce) carton sour cream

Steps:

Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter until crumbly.
Press into the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan.
Combine marshmallows, fruit cocktail and sour cream and pour over graham cracker crust.
Chill until set.
