This frozen G&T cocktail is easy to make and very delicious.

¼ cup gin
2 Tbsp. tonic syrup, such as Jack Rudy
1 cucumber slice (optional, for garnish)

Steps:

  • Combine gin, tonic syrup, and 1 cup ice in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into serving glass and garnish with cucumber if desired.

Steps:

  • Place the ice cubes in a tall, narrow glass with the ice coming near the top. Pour gin, tonic water, and lime juice over the ice. Stir well with a long-necked spoon. Garnish with lime wedge, and serve immediately.
