2 cups ice, divided, or as needed
1 fluid ounce pineapple juice
1 fluid ounce orange juice
1 fluid ounce blackberry liqueur
1 fluid ounce banana liqueur
1 fluid ounce light rum
1 fluid ounce dark rum
1 splash grenadine syrup, or more to taste
1 fluid ounce high-proof rum (such as Bacardi®151)
1 slice orange

Steps:

  • Combine 1 cup ice, pineapple juice, orange juice, blackberry liqueur, banana liqueur, light rum, dark rum, and grenadine in a cocktail shaker and shake to combine.
  • Fill a hurricane glass with ice. Pour in mixture. Add high-proof rum for a floater and garnish with orange slice.

Two cups ice
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz orange juice
1 oz blackberry liqueur
1 oz banana liqueur
1 oz light rum
1 oz dark rum
Splash grenadine
Optional Garnish
orange slices
lemon slices
pineapple
maraschino cherries

Steps:

  • place all ingredients into a blender and blend until ice is smooth
  • pour into mason jar or glass and serve up*

2 oz raspberry liquor
splash grenadine
2 oz pineapple juice
2 oz orange juice
orange slices for garnish

Steps:

  • Combine rum, banana liquor, raspberry liquor, greadine, pineapple juice, and orange juice in a blender with lots of ice cubes.
  • Pulse a few times for a smoothie like texture.
  • Pour into glasses and serve with orange slices and fancy little cocktail umbrellas.
