Fruit Juice Jam Recipes
FRUIT JUICE JAM
This was a recipe from my grandmother, to my mom, to me, to my kids....of course, they are young and it's fun and easy for them to make - plus it's really good!

Yield 4-5 jars
Number Of Ingredients 4
Steps:
- Heat and stir until sure-gel dissolves.
- Add sugar (1 cup more for extra firm).
- Bring to a boil.
- Turn heat to low and let cook about 20 minutes.
- Skim and pour into sterilized jars.
FRUIT JUICE SHAPES
Steps:
- In a large bowl, sprinkle the gelatine over 1 cup of the juice and allow to stand for a few minutes. Meanwhile, heat the remaining 3 cups of juice until just boiling and pour it over the juice and gelatin mixture. Stir until the gelatin is dissolved.
- Pour into a 9 by 9-inch pan and chill until firm, about 3 hours or overnight. Dip the pan briefly into hot water to loosen, cut into squares or shapes, and serve.
