GEORGIA PEACH LEMONADE RECIPE
Few things beat a truly good peach lemonade on a hot summer day. This homemade version is one of the best I've had so far! Just make sure you get truly sweet peaches.

Steps:
- In a large pitcher, combine the water, lemon juice, maple syrup and vanilla extract.
- Blend the peaches in a blender until it reaches your preferred consistency. If you want it very smooth, add a little of the lemonade to the blender with he peaches.
- Stir and serve over ice.

- In a small saucepan, bring 2 cups water, peaches and sugar to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5-7 minutes or until peaches are tender. Remove from the heat. Cool. Strain, discarding peach skins., In a large pitcher, combine the peach mixture, lemon juice and remaining water. Add lemon slices and mint if desired. Serve over ice.

- Place sugar in a saucepan. Pour in 1 cup water. Turn heat to medium and stir continuously until sugar granules are dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Pour lemon juice into a pitcher. Pour in remaining 6 cups water.
- Place pitted peaches into a Vitamix® blender. Blend until smooth. Pour peach purée into the pitcher along with the simple syrup (dissolved sugar in saucepan). Stir to combine.
- Adjust to taste. Add garnish such as a slice of peach, ice, and serve.
