Make this Golden Milk Turmeric Latte with only milk, coffee and spices - easy to make, loaded with antioxidants & anti-inflammatory benefits!

8 ounces almond milk
2 ounces espresso
2 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon turmeric
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
Pinch cayenne (optional)

Steps:

  • In a microwave safe mug, heat the almond milk for about 1 minute, or to your desired temperature.
  • Add a fresh shot of espresso or concentrated coffee to the warmed almond milk.
  • Whisk in the honey, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger and cayenne pepper, if using. You can also use a milk frother, and froth for a couple minutes until you reach your desired froth level. Garnish with cinnamon and enjoy immediately!

2 cups unsweetened almond milk, preferably homemade
1 inch fresh turmeric, thinly sliced, or 1/4 teaspoon ground dried turmeric, plus more ground dried turmeric for serving
1 inch fresh ginger, peeled, thinly sliced, and smashed
Pinch of ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons unrefined virgin coconut oil
1 tablespoon honey

Steps:

  • Heat almond milk, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, coconut oil, and honey in a small pot over medium until just simmering. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat; strain and discard solids. Whisk while warm until frothy, or serve chilled over ice. Sprinkle with ground turmeric before serving.

2 teaspoons coconut oil
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 dash ground black pepper
Agave nectar or maple syrup, to taste
1 cup freshly brewed hot coffee
1 tablespoon Golden Coconutmilk Cream, or to taste (above)

Steps:

  • Combine the Coconutmilk Creamer, coconut oil, turmeric, and black pepper in a saucepan and gently heat through.
  • Sweeten to taste with agave or maple syrup.
  • To make the latte, add the Golden Coconutmilk Creamer to hot coffee, or espresso Americano to taste.
  • Foam the coffee mixture with a steam or hand wand.

Steps:

  • Make the golden milk paste: Combine turmeric, pepper, cinnamon and water, stirring to form a paste. Set aside.
  • Make the latte: Combine coffee, almond milk, vanilla, honey and coconut oil in a blender. Add 1 teaspoon golden milk paste. Blend until frothy and thoroughly combined.
  • Pour into mugs and serve.
