GOLDEN SUNSET

Steps:

• Make the tomato juice:
• Purée yellow tomatoes and salt in a food processor, in batches if needed, until smooth. Transfer to a large pitcher, cover, and chill at least 1 hour or up to 4 hours.
• Strain mixture through a food mill or medium-mesh sieve into a large bowl, pressing on solids to extract as much liquid as possible (you'll have about 5 cups juice); discard solids. Skim off and discard foam. Add pickle juice, lemon juice, horseradish, Worcestershire, pepper, Old Bay, and Tabasco; stir to combine. Chill until ready to serve.
• Assemble the cocktails:
• Stir tomato juice just to combine. Fill each glass with ice and 1 oz. vodka, then top off with about 2/3 cup juice. Garnish each with Sun Gold tomatoes and 1 celery stalk and serve with Tabasco alongside.

ISLAND SUNSET

Steps:

• In a blender combine pineapple juice, orange juice, coconut milk, rum, triple sec, grenadine and ice. Blend until smooth. Garnish with a wedge of pineapple and an orange twist. Pour into 6 frozen glasses.

GOLDEN SUNSET

Steps:

• In a snifter, combine all the ingredients and swirl the glass a few times to mix the liqueurs.
• Serve immediately.

GOLDEN SUNSET RECIPE

Steps:

• Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a half-slice of orange and a cherry, and serve.
• Finally, just enjoy your drink!

VIRGIN SUNSET

Steps:

• Fill a glass with ice. Pour orange juice, pineapple juice, and cranberry juice over the ice and stir. Float a splash of grenadine syrup atop the mixture and serve.

TROPICAL SUNSET COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Pour orange juice, pineapple juice, vodka, lemon-lime beverage, and cherry juice into a large pitcher, in that order. Mix gently.
• Serve over ice, dropping a maraschino cherry or two into each glass.
