Steps:
- In a large mixing bowl whisk together the flour, sugar, salt and pepper. Add milk, melted butter, frozen and creamed corn. Stir with a spoon. Add eggs and stir.
- Pour into a casserole dish. I used a 10 x 10 casserole dish and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes until the center is set and casserole is brown around the edges.
- I usually stir this halfway through the cooking process. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
GRANDMA'S SOUTHERN CORN CASSEROLE
Grandma's Southern Corn Casserole is a comforting Southern-style treat that can be enjoyed year round. This corn casserole is often made around the holidays as a side dish, but works well at summer BBQs too! This mostly-savory-slightly-sweet casserole is the best complement to a home-cooked meal. - Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan or a 2-quart casserole dish.
- Mix together the corn, Jiffy, sour cream and butter in a large bowl. Then, stir in the cheese and pour into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 55 minutes, or until golden brown and set. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Some of these were passed to her from her mother, and some she had cut out of magazines or newspapers and placed in her box.... This one was one of hers wrote on a recipe card.... It is wonderful...

- Pour into a buttered 12 X 9 (I think that's the size, the card is faded) casserole pan.
- Bake at 350 for 35-40 minute or until center is set.

- Preheat oven to 400 Degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a 2 quart casserole dish.
- In a large bowl, lightly beat eggs. Add melted butter, sugar, and milk. Whisk in cornstarch. Stir in corn and creamed corn. Blend well. Pour mixture into prepared casserole dish.
- Bake for 1 hour.
