Steps:
- Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour and seasonings. Stir. Add juice in a little at a time. Stir till lumps are out. I like to use a hand mixer to get lumps completely out and the soup is nice and creamy.
- Eat alone with crackers or it goes good with fish sticks or grilled cheese.

GRANDMA'S TOMATO SOUP
This recipe is my grandmother's. Originally, Gram even made the tomato juice in it from scratch! Gram had this soup cooking on the stove every time I visited her. - In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add flour; stir to form a smooth paste. Gradually add tomato juice and water, stirring constantly; bring to a boil. Cook and stir until thickened, about 2 minutes. Add sugar and salt. Stir in egg noodles and heat through. If desired, sprinkle with parsley.

Steps:
- Cook the noodles as directed on the package.
- Meanwhile, pour the tomato soup into a small sauce pan. Fill the empty can halfway up with milk then add to the soup.
- Pull the cheese apart into small pieces then add along with the butter. Heat over medium-low heat until the cheese is melted then salt & pepper to taste.
- Drain the water from the noodles then pour in the tomato soup. Stir to mix then serve.
GRANDMA'S OLD FASHIONED CREAMY TOMATO SOUP
This is a wonderfully rich and creamy tomato soup with a hint of sweetness to it. It tastes just like grandma used to make when things were truly homemade and from scratch. The chunks of tomatoes can either be left alone or pureed into the soup if you prefer a smooth texture.

Steps:
- Place tomatoes and juice in a stockpot over medium heat.
- Simmer for 30 minutes.
- Puree the tomato mixture at this point if you don't want it chunky. I usually puree part but still leave a fair amount of chunks.
- Place the pot over medium heat and stir in the heavy cream and butter. Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat, stirring until butter is melted. Do NOT boil.
- Serve with croutons or stir-ins of your choice.

4B'S OLD FASHIONED CREAM OF TOMATO SOUP
This is an original recipe from the kitchen of 4B's restaurant. My whole family craves 4B's soup often and would head over to get it "to go". Now that I don't live in Montana, I got the recipe from them to make whenever I wish here in Iowa.
