HARD BOILED EGGS- NINJA FOODI RECIPE
Steps:
- Place trivet or steamer basket in pressure cooker
- Add 1.5 cups water
- Place eggs on trivet or in steamer basket-you can stack them
- Close lid and set to seal
- Cook on high pressure 5 minutes
- Natural release pressure 5 minutes
- Remove lid and eggs
- Place eggs in ice bath for 5 minutes

Steps:
- Place the air fryer basket, trivet, or rack in the cooking pot and place the eggs on top, without stacking them. Set the temperature to 300 degrees Fahrenheit (approximately 150°C) and time to 13 minutes, then air fry (see notes).
- Once the cooking time is over, use a large kitchen spoon to transfer the eggs to a bowl filled with ice-cold water (or an ice water bath, if you have some ice cubes in your freezer).
- Allow the eggs to cool for about 5-10 minutes before peeling. Once cooled, crack the bottom part of the egg using a spoon and peel. Season with some salt and pepper or with your preferred seasonings and serve!

- Place the Reversible Rack in the pot in the lower position. Add the water and arrange the eggs on the rack in a single layer.
