HATCH CHILE AND RASPBERRY MOSCOW MULE - A VODKA COCKTAIL
A spicy chile and raspberry version of the classic Moscow Mule.

- For the CocktailAdd vodka, lime juice and syrup into a copper mug, and stir. Add ice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with a fresh raspberry. For the Hatch Chile Infused Raspberry SyrupRoast, peel and clean 2 Hatch chilies. Cut into thin strips. Add strips into the raspberry syrup. Muddle the strips to express the pepper juice. Seal container and store in the fridge over night. Strain and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
