- Saute' Chicken till done.
- add all vegetables, Broth, and Tabasco (cook 2 minutes stirring occasionally).
- add Sausage, Rice, and Thyme.
- Cook till rice is Aldente, or liquid is almost absorbed.
- add shrimp and cook till shrimp is done (pink).
- Serve Hot and Enjoy.

- Make sauce by adding mayo, sugar, vinegar, poppy seeds, Onion powder, Garlic Powder, and Chili Powder.
- add broccoli Slaw and pineapple to the Sauce.
- make wrap by adding slaw sauce mixture, chicken and Cashews.
- fold sides of tortilla, and roll wrap,.
- roll again in Gingham sandwich paper,.
- Cut in half.
- Place wrap in a in a 200 tray, Wrap with plastic wrap.
- Serve and Enjoy.

With the sweet pineapple and chicken mixture, done quickly in the Instant pot, then broiled for a little bit of crunch, and pugt together with a yummy jalapeno ranch dressing, it became an immediate family favorite! I have tweaked it just a bit from the original.

- Prep: Preheat the oven to 475 degrees (broil setting).
- Instant Pot: Place all chicken ingredients in the Instant Pot. Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes (20 if frozen). Release the pressure and shred chicken directly in pot.
- Broil: Transfer shredded chicken to a baking sheet lined with foil. Broil for 10-15 minutes until browned.
- Sauce: Pulse jalapeno ranch ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Toss some of the dressing with finely shredded cabbage to make a slaw.
- Done: Serve chicken in warm tortillas with slaw and shredded cheese, an extra drizzle of jalapeno ranch, slices of avocado, extra pineapple, cilantro, red onion, etc.

Steps:
- to prepare london broil.
- trim fat and silver skin from steak.
- score lines in the meat, by lightly cutting diagonally across the grain into both sides.
- put in a large container, pour marinade over each steak and make sure it is evenly coated.
- refrigerate at least 12 hours.
- put steaks on a sheet pan cook in oven at 350* till internal temperatures reach 130*.
- place steaks on hot grill to mark, flip and turn to mark other side.
- steaks are done at 140* internal temperature.
- remove from heat and rest 10 minutes.
- slice thin 1/8th inch diagonally across the grain for tenderness.
- serve hot an enjoy.

- Grill chicken for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until grill marked. Reserve half of the barbecue sauce; set aside. Brush remaining sauce over chicken; grill, turning once, for 5 to 7 minutes or until lightly charred and internal temperature reads 165°F on thermometer. Let stand for 5 minutes; dice and set aside.
- Spread remaining barbecue sauce on each tortilla. Arrange chicken evenly down along center of each tortilla, leaving 1-inch border at either end. Top with lettuce, pineapple, red pepper, jalapeños (optional) and cilantro. Fold up bottom of tortilla over filling; fold in sides and roll up tightly starting from the bottom.
