3 ounces instant sugar free pudding (recommended chocolate, or butterscotch, vanilla, etc. pudding of choice, This is one large box or tw)
1/3 cup Splenda sugar substitute
12 scoops protein powder (recommended chocolate powder)
4 scoops vanilla protein powder
6 cups instant nonfat dry milk powder

Steps:

  • Mix it all in a big bowl and put it in an air-tight container.
  • Blend 2/3 cup of mix in 12 oz cold water.

  • Mix all ingredients in a blender.
  • To mix in bulk, multiply recipe by desired serving minus liquid.
  • Add 2/3 cup of the mix to 8 oz milk or water.
