HOMEMADE SMILEY FACE BAKED POTATOES
Homemade Smiley Face Baked Potatoes are cute, fun, and perfect for the entire family to enjoy.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degress.
- Wash, peel, and boil potatoes and carrots for about 15-20 minutes.
- Mash the potatoes and carrots and add the rest of the ingredients. Add salt to taste (I added about a teaspoon). You can use your hands to mix everything well..
- Form little round-flat balls with your hands and place them on a baking sheet on top of parchment paper. You can use a little extra flour if they are a little sticky.
- Make the eyes with a straw and the mouths with a teaspoon.
- Bake for about 15 minutes and turn on the broiler a couple of minutes at the end so the potatoes will be crispy on the outside.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

BLOOMING BAKED POTATO RECIPE BY TASTY
Here's what you need: russet potato, fresh parsley, garlic, butter, salt, black pepper, shredded mozzarella cheese, shredded parmesan cheese

Steps:
- Slice the top ¼ off of the potato. Carefully cut a border ½ inch (1 cm) away from the skin making sure not to cut through the bottom of the potato.
- Continue cutting smaller and smaller circles, never going through the bottom, until you have 3 circles about ½ inch (1 cm) inside one another.
- Flip the potato over onto the flat side, and cut "petals" all around and all the way through, leaving an oval in the middle intact. It is important to cut through the potato so each layer can blossom once baked.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 425°F (220°C).
- In a medium bowl combine parsley, garlic, butter, salt, and pepper. Coat the potato and get as much as possible in between each layer.
- Bake for another 30 minutes.
- Add mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top and in between the nooks and crannies and bake for another 5 minutes or until cheese is light brown.
- Enjoy!

- Mix the mashed pototo, cheese, cornflour and oregano together in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes. This will make the mixture easier to work with.
- Remove from the fridge and divide the potato mixture into 12 equal balls. Flatten each ball into a round shape the thickness of a one pound coin.
