This recipe is very fast and easy. I experimented with it on some toast one day, it also goes well with fruit.

½ cup peanut butter
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ cup cream cheese, at room temperature

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, mix together the honey, peanut butter, cinnamon and cream cheese until well blended. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours. Serve on toast, or as a dip for fruit.

  • Place cottage cheese, honey, lemon juice and cinnamon in a food processor bowl or blender container cover and process or blend until smooth. Spoon into a small bowl.Fold in yogurt. Cover and chill.To serve, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve with fruit.

1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon orange extract
1 cup confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons milk
2 teaspoons grated orange peel

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In large mixing bowl, combine all cookie ingredients.
  • Beat at low speed, scraping sides of bowl often, until well mixed (1-2 minutes).
