Steps:
- Rub rims of 2 margarita glasses with lime wedges; dip rims in salt to coat.
- In cocktail shaker, place lemonade, tequila, liqueur and pineapple juice; shake well. Strain into glasses. Add melon balls to each glass. Garnish with lime and lemon slices.

HONEYDEW MARGARITA
Steps:
- In a blender or food processor, puree chopped honeydew melon until smooth.
- Pour into a cocktail shaker or large glass. Add tequila, lime juice, orange liqueur, simple syrup and a few ice cubes.
- Pour a couple tablespoons sea salt into a shallow bowl. Rub rims of cocktail glasses with lime wedges and dip in salt to coat. Fill glasses with ice.
- Shake or stir the mixture in a cocktail shaker or glass until very cold and well mixed.
- Strain (or not) into prepared glasses.
- Garnish with lime wedges, if desired.

- In blender, puree honeydew until smooth; transfer to large cocktail shaker along with tequila, lime juice, orange liqueur and agave syrup.
- On small plate, combine sugar and salt. Rub rims of 2 cocktail glasses with lime wedge and dip into sugar mixture so it adheres. Add ice to shaker; carefully shake until very cold. Fill sugar-rimmed glasses with ice; strain margaritas into glasses.

- Puree 2 cups chopped honeydew melon in a blender until smooth. Pour into a large cocktail shaker. Add 1/2 cup silver tequila, 3 tablespoons lime juice, 1 tablespoon orange liqueur and 1 teaspoon agave nectar. Rub the rims of 2 rocks glasses with lime wedges and dip in a mix of 1 teaspoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt. Add a handful of ice to the shaker and shake until very cold. Fill the prepared glasses with ice; strain the margaritas into the glasses.

- Remove and discard rind and seeds from melon and cut enough fruit into 1/2-inch cubes to measure 3 1/2 cups. Freeze melon cubes in a sealable plastic bag at least 3 hours and up to a week.
- Puree frozen honeydew in a blender with remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour drink into 4 stemmed glasses.

- To make the honeydew juice: Use a chef’s knife to slice the melon in half. Use a big spoon to scoop out the seeds, then discard them. Use the spoon to scoop pieces of melon into the blender. Put on the lid of your blender and blend until there are no remaining bits of melon. Do not overfill your blender! Work in batches if necessary.
- Prepare your margarita glasses: On a small, rimmed plate, mix together the salt and chili powder. Run a wedge of lime around the top of each glass. Dip the top of the glass into the salt blend at a 45-degree angle and roll it from side to side to catch the salt. Add ice cubes to your glass and set it aside.
- To make margaritas (feel free to make multiple margaritas at once): Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in the honeydew juice, tequila and lime juice.
- Put on the lid and shake for 30 seconds. Taste and add sweetener if desired (mine didn’t need any). Strain the liquid into your prepared glass(es). Cheers!
