FAMOUS CARNATION FUDGE
This is a very simple fudge recipe using evaporated milk, marshmallows, and chocolate chips that brings raves.

Steps:
- Gather the ingredients.
- Combine butter, evaporated milk , sugar, and salt in a medium, heavy-duty saucepan.
- Bring to a full rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Boil stirring constantly for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in marshmallows, chips, vanilla, and nuts (optional).
- Stir vigorously for 1 minute or until marshmallows are melted.
- Pour into a foiled-lined 8-inch-square baking pan.

This is a very classic hot fudge for all your chocolate whims. Of course it is perfect for ice cream, but consider using it as a sauce over cheese cake ...yum.

Steps:
- Fill the lower pot of a double boiler half way and bring to a boil. Melt chocolate, butter, and salt together in upper pot. Add the sugar, 1/2 cup at a time, stirring after each addition.
- Gradually add the evaporated milk, a little at a time and continue stirring until well mixed. Serve hot over ice cream. Extra sauce maybe stored in refrigerator and reheated in microwave.

- Combine butter, cocoa, sugar and evaporated milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and boil for 7 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Carefully pour hot mixture into a blender and blend for 2 to 4 minutes. Serve immediately. Store in refrigerator.
