- Preheat oven to 350℉.Prepare artichoke hearts, chives and garlic.
- In a medium sized mixing bowl blend feta, ricotta, lemon zest, lemon juice and garlic together using a hand held mixer until light and fluffy. Stir in artichoke hearts, chives and dill. Spread evenly in a small 9 inch casserole dish.
- Bake at 350℉ for 20 mins and then broil for 3-5 mins to lightly brown tops.Enjoy with crackers, pita chips or cut veggies for a low carb alternative.

Microwave on high for 3 minutes or until cheese is melted, stirring several times. Stir in parsley. Serve warm with crackers and vegetables.

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a food processor, place half the artichokes, the mayonnaise, 1/4 cup Parmesan, lemon juice, and garlic. Process until smooth.
- Add scallion and remaining artichokes; pulse once to combine. Transfer mixture to a 1-quart baking dish. Top with remaining tablespoon Parmesan.
- Bake until golden and bubbling, 30 to 35 minutes. Garnish with scallion, and serve with crudites or pita chips.

The title says it all. This is the most crowd pleasing, demanded recipe I have ever made. I know there are thousands of artichoke dip recipes, but this one is slightly different from the others posted (slightly easier!) - Chop the artichoke hearts, mince the garlic clove, and combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Place the mixture in a small casserole dish. It fits nicely in a shallow 9 or 10 inch oval dish.
