- Lay the Italian Sausages out so that they have space between to allow air to circulate in the oven.
- Bake for 25-35 minutes to internal temp of 160.

BAKED SAUSAGE PATTIES

- Preheat the oven to 400F and move the oven rack to the center position.
- For easy clean-up, cover a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- Place the sausage patties in a single layer on the baking sheet leaving space in between the patties.
- Bake the sausage patties for a total of 18+ minutes, flipping them over around half-way through cooking (after 8-9 minutes).
- Cook the sausage until the internal temperature reaches at least 160F+, which is easy to test with a digital cooking thermometer. Enjoy!
ITALIAN SAUSAGE IN THE OVEN
This is an easy way to cook Italian sausages in the oven along with some delicious tomatoes and bell peppers.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Place the sausage on a parchment or foil-lined baking sheet, making sure to leave space between them.
- If you are making optional vegetables, toss the tomatoes and sliced bell peppers with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them flat on a separate parchment or foil-lined baking sheet.
- Place the sheet pans in the oven and bake for 10 minutes. Flip the sausages over. If they look like they might burst, prick them with a fork a few times.
- Return the sausages to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Sausages will be done when they reach an internal temperature of 160 on an instant-read thermometer.
- Remove sausages from the oven and serve immediately with optional vegetables.
