Italian Garlic Butter is loaded with parsley, garlic and parmesan cheese. perfect for adding to french bread, dinner rolls or on your favorite filet.

2 cups salted butter (4 sticks - softened)
2 tbsp garlic paste
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 tbsp dried or fresh parsley

Steps:

  • Add your butter to you mixer bowl & beat on high for several minutes using the paddle attachment. (don't use the whip- trust me on this)
  • After the butter is whipped- add in your other ingredients & continue beating for another several minutes.
  • Transfer to an airtight container & store refrigerated as you would your regular butter.

  • Sprinkle 2 teaspoons of herb mixture onto a small plate. Pour a thin layer of olive oil on top, and serve. Store remaining mixture in an air-tight container.

1 teaspoon dried basil, crushed

  • Beat together all ingredients with an electric mixer. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator up to 1 month. As you can imagine, the possibilities are endless. Note: Serving size is dependent on how it is used.
