SPAGHETTI NAPOLITAN (JAPANESE KETCHUP PASTA)
Spaghetti Napolitan is one of the popular yōshoku (Western food) dishes. The uniqueness of this pasta is the sauce, which is based on ketchup/tomato sauce (Aussie), making the colour of the pasta almost red. It is a simple pasta dish but very tasty.Omit the protein to make it vegetarian!Cook Time = time to cook my Spaghetti (n.7) + 1 minute to mix pasta with the sauce. This is because I started making the sauce while cooking pasta.Don't forget to see the section 'MEAL IDEAS' below the recipe card! It gives you a list of dishes that I have already posted and this recipe that can make up a complete meal. I hope it is of help to you.

JANSEN'S SPAGHETTI SAUCE AND MEATBALLS
I usually spend an afternoon preparing this and freeze leftovers in batches because it's that good. It will easily feed six or you can cut the entire recipe in half. Serve over your favorite spaghetti.

JANAE'S CHICKEN SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 450°F. In one pot, pour a can of chicken broth & boil. Add spaghetti noodles and cook per package. Once the noodles are cooked, ladle a cup of the broth into a glass measuring cup (or some type of container that can handle hot liquid). In another pot, boil the chicken pieces in the remaining can of chicken broth and cook until done. Once the chicken is boiled, you may drain that broth.
- While everything is boiling, pour the soups, Ro*Tel (with juice), chilies and 2 cups of cheese into a large bowl and begin mixing by hand. Once the noodles are cooked, add them in as well. Once the chicken is cooked you may add the chunks how they are or shred them a little & then stir them in. Once you mix everything in as best as you can, you will add the broth you set aside & this will make it "pourable".
- Pour the mixture into a 9 x 13 pan, and top with the remaining 2 cups of cheese. Bake until the cheese begins to brown.

JAPANESE SPAGHETTI SOUP
This is a fast and tasty recipe. My sister made it one day, and I haven't stopped eating it since. It has nothing to do with Japanese food.

This was pulled from the ww community. It's a yummy favorite. Great to reheat for lunch. Great as a main dish. I sometimes add peanuts, shrimp, or other protein. Substitute veggies or pasta, or your personal favorites. Napa cabbage can be used instead of bok choy.
