Ingredients

2 cups boiling water
2 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Lime Flavor Gelatin
1/2 cup tequila or cold water
zest and juice from 1 lime
2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Steps:

Add boiling water to gelatin mixes in large bowl; stir with whisk 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in tequila and 2 Tbsp. lime juice. Add COOL WHIP and 1 tsp. lime zest; stir until COOL WHIP is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
Pour into 8-inch square pan.
Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Cut into 36 pieces to serve.

3 (3 ounce) packages lime-flavored gelatin mix (such as Jell-O®)
1 (3 ounce) package lemon-flavored gelatin mix (such as Jell-O®)
2 ½ cups boiling water
1 ⅔ cups premium tequila
⅔ cup triple sec
⅔ cup brandy-based orange liqueur (such as Grand Marnier®)
½ cup sweetened lime juice
2 cups sparkling water
1 lime, zested
1 pinch margarita salt, or as needed

Steps:

Stir lime gelatin, lemon gelatin, and boiling water together in a bowl until fully dissolved. Chill in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Stir tequila, triple sec, orange liqueur, and sweetened lime juice into gelatin mixture. Gently stir in sparkling water. Ladle mixture into 24 small cups. Sprinkle each serving with lime zest. Refrigerate until set, at least 4 hours. Sprinkle each serving with margarita salt before serving.

1 (3 ounce) box any flavor Jello gelatin
1 1/2 cups boiling water
1 (8 ounce) container of frozen Cool Whip

Steps:

Stir boiling water into JELL-O in a bowl until dissolved.
Add 2/3 of frozen COOL WHIP to same bowl one spoonful at a time, whisking until it is melted and blended.
Pour into small clear drinking glasses.
Refrigerate at least 3 hours, until set.
Top layered dessert with remaining whipped topping and ENJOY!

I had to make hundreds of Jell-O® shots for a wedding, so I decided to have fun with them and try out some new mixes. This was my margarita-flavored shot, a bit strong but good if you want variety with your selection. If you want them more palatable, substitute water for a bit of the alcohol.

Grated peel and juice from 1 lime
2 cups thawed C00L WHIP Whipped Topping

Steps:

STIR boiling water into dry gelatin mixes with wire whisk in large bowl at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in tequila and 2 Tbsp. of the lime juice. Add whipped topping and 1 tsp. of the lime peel; stir until whipped topping is completely melted and mixture is well blended. POUR into 8 inch square pan. REFRIGERATE 3 hours or until firm. Cut into 36 pieces to serve. Garnish with additional lime peel and course salt, if desired. Non-Alcoholic: Substitute cold water for the tequila.
