8 pieces bacon
1/2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 F.
  • Combine the spices in a small bowl.
  • Sprinkle the chicken thighs with half of the spice mixture on one side and rub it into the chicken. Flip the chicken over and repeat with the remaining spice mixture.
  • Fold the chicken thighs in half and wrap one piece of bacon around each chicken thigh.
  • Place the chicken thighs bacon seam side down and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Broil the chicken for another 5-10 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the chicken is cooked through (keep an eye on it).

Steps:

  • Fill a large bowl with warm water and a couple tablespoons sea salt. Add the chicken breast tenderloins (making sure the water covers them). Set aside to brine for at least 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (232 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with foil (greased lightly) or parchment paper.
  • Remove the chicken from the water and pat dry. Place a piece of cheese over each piece of chicken. Wrap the two together in a slice of bacon. Place on the baking sheet, with the cheese side facing up. Repeat with the remaining chicken, cheese, and bacon.
  • Bake for about 13-16 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through. Place under the broiler for a couple of minutes to crisp up the bacon.

3 lb chicken wings (Bag of frozen, defrosted)
1 lb bacon
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
½ c Sugar free BBQ sauce
2 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tsp Minced garlic

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the defrosted and dried chicken wings, 1 tbsp olive oil, the paprika, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste. Toss to combine and coat well.
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the sugar free BBQ sauce, minced garlic and soy sauce. Stir to combine and set aside for later use.
  • Cut the bacon slices in half.
  • Wrap one half of a slice of bacon around each of the seasoned chicken wings, and place onto a lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes on one side, remove from the oven, flip over, and cook for an additional 15-20 minutes on the other side.
  • Remove the cooked wings from the oven, and change the oven temperature to broil.
  • Place the chicken wings onto a rack to raise them above the drippings on the baking sheet, or leave them as is if desired.
  • Brush a thick layer of the barbecue sauce mixture onto each chicken wing.
  • Return the wings to the oven, and broil for 1-2 minutes until the sauce has caramelized on the wings.
  • Remove and serve immediately with your favorite keto-friendly sides or dipping sauces.

8 pieces boneless chicken thigh or chicken breast
1 lb ground turkey
1 pack uncured bacon
1 package cream cheese
1 cup spinach
1 cup mushrooms
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
sun-dried tomatoes (optional)

Steps:

  • Preheat your pellet grill to 350 degrees F.
  • Saute the ground turkey then add the onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, mushrooms and spinach. Cook until the spinach is wilted. Turn off heat and set aside to cool.
  • Once the ground turkey mixture is cooled, add the cream cheese and ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese. You can also add some sun-dried tomatoes. Mix well.
  • Fill the chicken thigh or chicken breast with spinach and turkey mixture and wrap it with the bacon.
  • Arrange the Keto bacon wrapped chicken in the cooling rack and place it on top of the baking sheet.
  • Grill for approximately 1 hour. Crank the heat up to 425 degrees F in the last 15 minutes of cooking to crisp the bacon. Internal temperature of the chicken should be 165 degrees F.
