KETO BLUE CHEESE DRESSING



Keto Blue Cheese Dressing image

Delicious and low carb homemade blue cheese dressing that is perfect for salads, steaks, and as a veggie dip.

Provided by Ashley (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Yield 2 cups

Number Of Ingredients 10

3/4 cup keto-friendly mayonnaise
1/3 cup heavy cream
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
5 oz. crumbled bleu cheese

Steps:

  • Blender (immersion or standard) instructions: Add all ingredients except bleu cheese crumbles into a large mason jar and mix with blender for about 30 seconds. Add bleu cheese crumbles last and do a quick blend.
  • Non-blender instructions: If you do not have a blender, you can whisk all ingredients together in a large bowl for about 1-2 minutes.
  • Store in a sealed mason jar in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Enjoy!
