- Heat a pan over medium heat then add the sausage to the pan.
- Brown for five to six minutes or until cooked through, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Add the spinach to the pan and move it around until it's wilted.
- Move the sausage and spinach to one side of the pan and pour the eggs into the empty side.
- Stir the eggs frequently as they cook and incorporate the spinach and sausage into the egg once the eggs are cooked through.
- Season with salt and pepper if needed and enjoy your keto breakfast scramble.

- Mix sage, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and marjoram together in a small bowl. Place turkey in a large bowl and mix the spice mixture into the turkey using your hands; form into patties.
- Cook patties in a large skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 5 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
