KETO DARK CHOCOLATE BARK
This chocolate bark recipe is an easy sugar-free idea for all chocolate lovers! If you are not one of them, you are going to become one when you try these yummy beauties.

Steps:
- Add dark chocolate and coconut oil into the microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 1 to 2 minutes but remove and stir every 30 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and the chocolate is well melted. You can also use a double-boiler to melt them. Add stevia or erythritol to sweeten to your desired sweetness.
- Chop walnuts into pieces then mix into the melted chocolate. Spread this mixture on the parchment paper into a thin layer then top with roasted almonds.
- Freeze until set then break into pieces and serve.

Steps:
- 1. In a food processor mix first five ingredients until butter is evenly crumbled and distributed. 2. Press mixture into a 7x11" or 9x9" baking dish. 3. Bake for 10 mins at 350. 4. In a medium sauce pan melt butter, add powdered Swerve and mix well. 5. Remove from heat and add cocoa, extract and heavy cream. 6. Whisk eggs into the mixture until well combined. 7. Pour mixture over the crust and sprinkle almonds and chocolate chips overtop. 8. Bake for 20 mins at 350. 9. Allow the pan to completely cool before cutting into bars.

- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the chopped chocolate bar into a microwave-safe bowl, add the coconut oil, powdered sweetener, and microwave for 30 seconds. Then stir the chocolate and repeat until it is smooth and completely melted.
- Pour the melted chocolate onto the baking sheet and sprinkle it with sliced almonds and orange zest.
- Place the baking sheet in your refrigerator for 30 minutes, take it out, and break the chocolate into pieces.
