Keto Hot Chocolate Mix image

Make this easy keto hot chocolate mix to keep on hand so you can always make a delicious mug of low carb hot chocolate. Just add water!

2 Cups Heavy Cream Powder
1/2 Cup Granulated Swerve
1/2 Cup Confectioners Swerve
1/3 Cup Organic Fair Trade Cocoa Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Cinnamon (optional)

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, sifting the cocoa powder. Whisk to combine.
  • Store in a quart size glass jar, such as a Mason jar.
  • Boil 8 oz of hot water. Carefully add 3-4 Tbsp of keto hot chocolate mix powder to the water and mix to combine.

This keto-friendly hot cocoa features MCT oil, egg, cacao powder, but no dairy. Stevia should be added to taste. It depends on the kind of stevia and whether you use coffee or water.

¾ cup boiling water
1 egg
1 tablespoon medium-chain triglyceride (MCT) oil
1 tablespoon cacao powder
5 drops vanilla extract
1 pinch salt
7 drops liquid stevia, or to taste

Steps:

  • Combine boiling water, egg, MCT oil, cacao powder, vanilla extract, and salt in a blender. Whip until well mixed and frothy. Add enough stevia to reach desired sweetness.
