Steps:
- Brown beef and onion.
- Stir in chili powder; add kidney beans, tomatoes and water.
- Bring to a boil; reduce to simmer and cook covered for 1 1/2 hours.

- May be prepared ahead and refrigerated.

- In a saucepan, warm oil over moderate heat. Add onion, garlic, and sweet potatoes; saute 5 minutes.
- Stir in broth, bay leaf, basil, thyme, and paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil, and then reduce heat to medium low. Cover. Simmer until vegetables are tender but not mushy, about 15 minutes.
- Stir in tomato, green beans, and chickpeas. Simmer uncovered until tender, about 10 minutes more. Serve hot.

- In a large pot over medium heat, combine the ground beef and onions. Saute for 5 minutes, or until meat is browned. - Sauté onions and green pepper in avocado oil in a large pot. Then, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add chicken broth and butter and bring to a boil.
- Add chicken breasts and boil until cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
- Remove chicken and shred or cut into bite sized pieces, set aside.
- Remove 1 cup broth and place in a blender with cream cheese; blend until creamy.
