Steps:
- In a large bowl, sift flour and baking powder. Set aside.
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter. Add the white sugar, brown sugar and cocoa. Blend well.
- Beat in 1 egg at a time. Add flour and blend well. Add vanilla and walnuts, mixing well.
- Pour into prepared 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Centre will be firm but not hard.
MOIST LAZY DAISY CAKE

- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, beat eggs, sugar and vanilla on high until thick and lemon-colored, about 4 minutes. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; add to egg mixture. Beat on low just until combined. Heat milk and butter in a small saucepan until butter melts. Add to batter; beat thoroughly (the batter will be thin). Pour into a greased 9-in. square baking pan. Bake until cake tests done, 20-25 minutes. Cool slightly. For frosting, blend all ingredients well; spread over warm cake. Broil about 4 in. from the heat for 3-4 minutes or until the top is lightly browned.

LAZY BUCKEYE BROWNIES
I call these bars "lazy" because you use a boxed brownie mix. But if you have your own recipe and aren't feeling lazy (like me) then use your own! This recipe is all over Pinterest. I made them the other day and my peanut butter lovers here couldn't get enough! They are scrumptious.

Steps:
- 1. Prepare the brownies according to package directions in a greased 13 x 9 pan. Let cool completely.
- 2. Combine the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and 1/2 cup of butter. Spread on top of the brownie mix and chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
- 3. Melt the chocolate chips and the 6 tbsp of butter in the microwave or on the stovetop. Spread over the peanut butter mixture and allow to cool before cutting into bars (I actually popped my brownies back into the fridge for an hour to get them to set up nice). Enjoy!
