CAFE MOCHA DRINK MIX

Steps:

• Sift all ingredients together; Store in a nice 60 oz container.
• To use: add 4 tbsp of mix to 8 oz of boiling/hot water.
• Note: to the noob who left the one star review -- I know who you are so please stop stalking me with a new ID and grow up, huh?

CAFE MOCHA

Steps:

• Combine milk, half and half, hot cocoa powder, and choclate sauce in a mug.
• Heat on medium power in microwave for 2 minutes. Then stir in hot coffee. Top with whipped cream and enjoy!

HOT MOCHA DRINK MIX

Steps:

• In a large bowl, combine sugar, milk powder, creamer, cocoa and instant coffee. Mix together until well blended. Store in a sealed container.
• To serve, Heat a cup of water per serving (or milk, for a creamier taste.) Stir in 2 to 3 heaping teaspoons of cocoa mixture.

MOCHA COFFEE MIX

Steps:

• In a large bowl, mix together instant coffee, milk powder, chocolate drink mix, confectioners' sugar and powdered creamer. Store in an airtight container.
• To serve, place 4 tablespoons of mixture into a coffee mug. Stir in 1 cup boiling water.

LIGHT CAFE MOCHA MIX

Steps:

• In processor combine coffee and powdered milk and blend on high until powdery. It should reduce in quantity down to about 1 cup of combined coffee and instant milk.
• In large bowl combine remaining ingredients with the coffee and milk mixture. Stir or blend with hand mixer on low until well combined.
• To serve: add 4 tsp of mix to 6 oz of hot water, adjust to personal taste.
