- Line a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with foil, leaving a 2-inch overhang on at least two sides; butter the foil. Pick out and reserve 1/2 cup the colorful marshmallows from the cereal.
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium-low heat. Add the standard marshmallows and stir continuously until melted, about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the cereal until coated.
- Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish and let cool completely at room temperature, about 1 hour.
- Meanwhile, put the chocolate in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30 second increments, stirring after each, until melted.
- Use the foil overhang to lift out the treats from the pan. Drizzle the chocolate over the treats and sprinkle with the reserved colorful marshmallows. Let the chocolate coating harden at room temperature, about 2 hours. Cut into 18 bars.

- Spray 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
- In 3-quart or larger saucepan, melt 5 tablespoons butter over medium-low heat. Add marshmallows. Cook, stirring constantly, until marshmallows are almost melted. Remove from heat; immediately stir in 6 cups Lucky Charms™ cereal.
- Pour mixture into pan. With rubber spatula, press mixture down to fit evenly in pan. Cool about 30 minutes.

- Use non-stick cooking spray or butter to coat a 9 x 13 baking pan (or 7 1/2 x 11 3/4 for thicker bars).
- Melt the butter in a large pot over medium-low heat. Add in marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
- Drop the heat to low. Pour in the cereal and combine until all of the cereal is coated with the marshmallow mixture.
- Press into the baking pan and let set for 2 hours before cutting.

- In a medium sized pot, melt butter.
- Pour in half of the marshmallows and vanilla. Stir until melted.
- Take off heat and stir in lucky charms cereal until almost completely incorporated.
- Add in the second half of the marshmallows. Stir until combined.
- You do not want the second half of the marshmallows to completely melt.
- Spoon mixture into a parchment paper lined 9x13 pan and gently press into the edges.
- Sprinkle on lucky charms marshmallows to make it prettier and add an extra crunch on top.

- Spray 9-inch square pan with cooking spray. Spray large bowl with cooking spray. Add cereal to bowl.
- Spray medium microwavable bowl with cooking spray. Add butter and marshmallows. Microwave uncovered on High 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes or until smooth, stirring every 30 seconds. Stir in 1/4 cup of the white vanilla baking chips. Microwave uncovered on High 10 seconds; stir until smooth.
- Pour hot marshmallow mixture over cereal; stir until cereal is coated. Press firmly in pan.
- In small microwavable bowl, microwave remaining 1/4 cup white vanilla baking chips uncovered on High 30 to 45 seconds or until chips can be stirred smooth. - Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Add the marshmallows until they are just about fully melted into the butter. Some chunks of marshmallow may remain. Add in the Lucky Charms cereal and stir until the cereal is fully coated.
- Pour mixture into prepared baking pan and gently spread out evenly. I sprayed the back of a large spatula with non-stick spray and gently pressed the mixture without packing it down. Allow to set for 2 hours at room temperature before cutting into rectangles or squares, whichever shape/size you prefer.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Set aside. Melt the white chocolate according to package instructions. Hold the treat and dip the bottom into white chocolate, making sure to coat it generously. Place treats white chocolate side up on prepared baking sheet. Allow chocolate to set at room temperature for about 10 minutes. Store treats at room temperature for up to 1 week.
