MALTED MILK-CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

Steps:
- Sprinkle gelatine over milk in medium saucepan; let stand 1 min. Add malted milk powder; stir. Cook on low heat 3 min. or until gelatine and milk powder are completely dissolved, stirring constantly. Add chopped milk chocolate; cook 3 min. or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla.
- Pour through fine-mesh strainer into bowl; place bowl in larger bowl filled with ice water. Stir chocolate mixture 3 min. or until slightly thickened. Pour into large bowl. Gently stir in 1 cup COOL WHIP; spoon into 6 dessert glasses.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
- Top with remaining COOL WHIP and chopped malted milk balls before serving.

- Beat 1 1/4 cups dark brown sugar and 1 stick butter until fluffy, then beat in 1 egg and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Whisk 1 1/2 cups flour, 1/4 cup malted milk powder, 1/2 cup Dutch-process cocoa powder, 3/4 teaspoon salt and 3/4 teaspoon baking soda; stir into the butter mixture. Chill 30 minutes, then roll into balls. Press a halved malted milk ball into the center of each cookie before baking, 12 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

- Preheat oven to 350°. Prepare brownie batter according to package directions; stir in 1 cup malted milk balls. Spread into a greased 13x9-in. baking pan., Bake 28-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted 2 in. from an edge comes out with moist crumbs. Cool completely on a wire rack., In a microwave, melt chocolate chips and butter; stir until smooth. Cool slightly. Stir in milk and vanilla. Spread over brownies. Sprinkle with the remaining malted milk balls. Refrigerate 10-15 minutes or until set. Cut into bars.

- To prepare the mousse, combine ¼ cup of whipping cream with the milk chocolate and bittersweet chocolate in a small saucepan and melt over low heat until smooth, stirring constantly. Add in the malted milk powder, liqueur, and vanilla and stir to combine. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
- While the chocolate mixture is cooling, place the 2 ounces of malted milk balls into a zipper seal bag and crush with a rolling pin until you have fine crumbs. Set aside.
- Using the chilled mixing bowl and beaters, beat 1¾ cups of whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Stir approximately ½ cup of the whipped cream into the room temperature melted chocolate mixture and stir to just combine. Then fold the crushed malted milk balls and melted chocolate mixture into the remaining whipped cream, and mix to just combine.
