4 boneless skinlesschicken breast halves, 5 oz. each
1 egg
1/2 c maple syrup
1 1/2 c crushed pretzels
1/4 c canola oil

Steps:

  • 1. Flatten chicken breasts to 1/2-inch thickness. Whisk egg and syrup in a shallow bowl. Place crushed pretzels in a shallow bowl. Dip chicken in egg mixture and coat with pretzels. In a large skillet, cook chicken in oil over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side until juice runs clear. Makes 4 servings.
