2 cloves garlic, mashed
1/4 c onion, minced
2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
2 t mayonnaise
2 t prepared mustard
1/4 c cider vinegar
1/3 c olive oil

Steps:

  • Mix onion, garlic and seasonings together. Add oil and vinegar and mix well. Put in a jar and shake. Keep refrigerated.

  • Mix in bottom of salad bowl. Just before serving, mix salad vegetables into dressing.
