Ingredients

1 sachet maggi (I used maggi curry flavour)
1 onion chopped
1 large tomato
1 green chilli
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 cube of chicken stock
Salt as per taste
Frozen vegetables or cooked vegetables 1/2 cup
1 egg
Finely chopped coriander leaves, handful
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

Steps:

In a kadai, add oil to heat, then add in the green chilli and onions, saute till it's translucent in colour.
Next, add in the tomatoes, then add in the ginger-garlic paste.Tear open and add the maggi masala available inside the packet. Then add in the red chilli powder and saute it well. Now add in the cooked veggies or frozen veggies and saute well.
Move the veggies to the side and add in one beaten egg. Scramble it and mix well.
Pour in the chicken stock or stock water. Let it cook, then add 2 cups of stock water or water. Add salt if required and continue cooking.
Next add the maggi noodles and let it cook. Once the water starts draining add in the chopped coriander leaves.
Serve it hot.
