Meat and Cheese Pasta Salad image

This is a very tasty pasta salad. It can be used as a main meal or a side dish. My family loved it I hope yours does to.

1 (12 ounce) box tri-color spiral pasta
1 tomatoes
1 green bell pepper
1 (5 ounce) container of treasure cave feta cheese with garlic and herbs
6 ounces sliced green olives
2/3 cup mild pepper rings
3 ounces sliced pepperoni
8 ounces genoa salami
4 ounces mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons mccormick Salad Supreme dry seasoning
4 tablespoons classico sun-dried tomato pesto
2/3 cup wishbone robusto Italian dressing

Steps:

  • Cook rainbow rotini according to the directions on the box. When pasta is done run pasta under cold water to cool. Drain water off pasta.
  • Dice tomato and add it to the pasta.
  • Dice the green bell pepper and add it to the pasta.
  • Add the feta cheese, green olives, mild pepper rings, and sliced pepperoni to the pasta.
  • Chop Genoa Salami into bite size pieces and add to the pasta (you will want to have the deli to slice the salami on the thick side).
  • Cut mozzarella cheese into small squares and add to the pasta.
  • Add the McCormick Salad Supreme, sun-dried tomato pesto, and Italian dressing to the pasta salad.
  • Mix well after adding each ingredient.
  • Refrigerate for at least one or more hours to let all the flavors mix in to the pasta.

400 g dry pasta
200 g chicken, chopped
70 g bresaola (sliced)
50 g salami (sliced)
100 g cashew nuts, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
5 teaspoons vinegar
1 teaspoon onion salt
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 pinch garlic seasoning

Steps:

  • pasta salad.
  • Fill a saucepan with water and bring to the boil.
  • Add pasta to the boiling water and cook for 10 mins.
  • Drain and run cold water over the pasta.
  • Add the meat and nuts to the pasta and mix together.
  • dressing.
  • Put all ingredients into a jug and whisk together with a fork.
  • Pour over the pasta salad.
  • Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 10 minutes.

1-1/2 cups uncooked medium pasta shells
1/4 cup ranch salad dressing
1/2 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 can (6 ounces) crabmeat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed
1 medium carrot, shredded
1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts, halved
2 green onions, sliced
2 lettuce leaves
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the salad dressing, lemon-pepper and cayenne. Stir in the crab, carrot, water chestnuts and onions., Drain pasta and rinse in cold water. Gently stir into crab mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve on lettuce leaves; sprinkle with cheese.

  • In a bowl, blend the sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, honey mustard, and dill. Season with salt and pepper.
  • In a large bowl, toss together the cooked pasta, sour cream mixture, crabmeat, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and green onions. Cover and chill until serving.
